Instructions:

- Make sure everyone understands the rules. If there is a question-ask.
- Enclosure gives number of participants each school may send per age group.
- Attached schedule gives the correct order of events but times may vary.
(Each participant is responsible to be present and ready when events are ready to begin.)
- Please return completed Participation Forms as soon as possible, but not later than Thursday May 8.
Make sure Participation Forms are filled out completely. (First name, last name, date of birth, telephone number, time/distance.)

- PLEASE NOTE: This year we must have 2 volunteers from each school to assist us at the District Meet. Participation forms must include those names and phone numbers of the people that will be helping.

Things to Remember:
|
- No shoes designated for spikes will be allowed.
- Shoes, shirts, and trunks or pants must be worn.
- Attendants may not accompany a competitor to the starting area or aid them in any way.
- A contestant shall not enter nor compete in more than three (3) events. Participation is limited to two (2) field events and one (1) running event; or two (2) running events and one (1) field event. Relays are considered "running" events.
- Any running event that has only one (1) heat, only finals will be held.
- Preliminary heats will be held in the50, 100, 200 and 400 meter events only.
- Winning relay teams do not automatically qualify for Regional Meets. These will be picked on a tryout basis.
