11/21/03 Hillside Development Permit approved by CC in 1999. Site work has not yet been completed. Portion of site below 250 West is being sold to Steve Brown for office bldg. There are two designated abestos sites on the development, one above 250 West which was mapped by Bulloch Bros. and the other below 250 West which is posted on site as per State of Utah direction. Material from lower site is expected to be moved to upper site allowing development to take place without concerns for dealing with a contaminated site. A restoration bond is still in place. Owners have been desirous to get project cleaned up and moving but have had difficulties finding interest in using the land.
Steve Brown portion of the lower property is required to submit site plans for approval before beginning further work at that location. |
