2009 J.A.G. Registration Starts in April 13th
 ONLINE REGISTRATION
April 13 - June 12: Pick up your packets at the Golf Office, any of the IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS, or at any of the rules school classes.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
  • April 25, Leisure Services Community Arts Building, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, 86 S. Main
  • May 9, Southgate Game Improvement Center, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1975 S. Tonaquint Drive


    • MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
  • Pick ip a JAG registration packet at any local golf course or at the golf offices and mail to:

    86 South Main
    St. George, UT 84770

  • Pick up your JAG Membership Card and other items at the golf office within a few weeks of receiving the completed application and Etiquette Quiz.
