St. George Fire crews train at an acquired structure that was the Settlers Rv. Firefighters practiced ladder skills and search techniques. 48 firefighters and officers from the seven fire houses around St. George spent roughly three hours drilling. This is a great opportunity for crews to use this type of property before it is demolished for new construction. The Fire Dept worked with the property owner to utilize the building for a short while before it was schedule to be demolished. This allows fire crews to train on real world buildings.
