Documents that need to be submitted at the Thursday Plan Submittal meeting for Non-Residential/Commercial site plan reviews are as follows:
1. Completed Site Plan Review Form and Fee, 2. Completed Engineering Grading Permit Form and Fee, (provide Development Services office with the quantity for the cut or fill - largest of the two numbers) 3. If any public improvements, a completed Public Improvement Inspection Form and Fee, and 4. Four (4) sets of construction drawings
NOTE: SWPPP and NOI to be completed by contractor.
