Documents that need to be submitted Thursdays for Residential Subdivisions are as follows:
1. Completed Site Plan Review Form and Fee, 2. Completed Engineering Grading Permit Form and Fee, 3. NOI (if site is 1 acre or greater), and 4. Four (4) sets of construction drawings
For the grading permit fee (need to have cut and fill quantities) and to set a time for the Thursday meetings, contact 627-4120.
