PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Office Building, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, to consider the following requested amendment to the General Plan.
A. Consider a request to amend the City Land Use Plan by changing the land use designation from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) on 5.92 acres located north of Tonaquint Drive on Mesa Palms Drive, north of and adjacent to Beehive Townhomes. This property is Mesa Palms Phase Five. Case No. 2009-GPA-002
Interested persons desiring input into the public hearings are invited to be in attendance at the meeting to be held in the Council Chambers – City Hall at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing prior to the meeting.
