The St. George Code Enforcement Division enforces
- The Zoning Ordinances - Title 10 Selected Chapters,
- The Nuisance Ordinance - Title 4 Chapter 2,
- The Sign Ordinance - Title 9 Chapter 13,
- The Rental Fit Premises Ordinance - Title 4 Chapter 7, and
- The Home Occupation Ordinance - Title 3 Chapter 7.
The Code Enforcement Division does not become involved in criminal matters, street parking issues, dust complaints, construction material in the public roadway, encroachments into or on public properties, Health Department problems, property line disputes or other civil matters.
When calling with a complaint, please be prepared to provide the complete address of the problem property.
